Features of this pump include: impeller, volute and pump housing made from cast iron and coated with epoxy to prevent rust and corrosion, can handle liquid-solid mixture with 2 inch solid diameter, oil field motor housing, oil-filled motor housing for the lubrication of the bearings and the mechanical seal as well as for heat efficiency, ball bearing motor of 1HP, capacitor with permanent split design and a three phase model, stainless steel bolts, screws, seal assembly and handle, mechanical seals(ceramic faces, stainless steel spring and nitride parts), 3 inch discharge, dynamically balanced impellers with barbed vanes to prevent solids from the seal bearing and seal, isolated power cord connections for easy field maintenance and a three phase control panel for manual or automatic operations.
