Taco Geothermal Valves
Ever since the origin of electric zone valves has taken place, it has become the widely used devices for zoning the systems. It has simplified piping system and also helps in eliminating the hassle of checking the flow check valve and relays. They are offered with the compact nature which helps in greater flexibility.
These are the valves which are specially designed to control the open system zone and the high head. It has unique end switch head which helps in controlling the heat pump. It allows the flow of the cold water into a coil before heat pump even starts. These are available in three connections: ¾" threaded, 1" sweat connections and ¾".
The body of the geothermal valves is of bronze. The internal parts of the valves are corrosion resistant which provides long term & hassle free service. It is specially created to remove the noisy water hammer. The taco Whisper guard operates in completely different way as it shuts down slowly & therefore no water hammer occurs. The unique heat pump helps in controlling the heat pump with the help of valve. Taco GT whisper guard is offered with: c/v thread 5101-G2, c/v sweat 556-G2 or 1" sweat 557-G2.
It is presented with long term cost advantage as it helps in providing economy not only in maintenance but also in power consumption. It is operated at the minimal 24 V Ac electrical current which helps in attaining the lowest annual cost. It offers the easiest and the fastest servicing.
System can be saved from draining by removing the power head. Slight twist is required to remove it. Gland assembly is also replaceable. It offers simplest installation and offers the choice between threaded & sweat connections. It is easier to install as power head is not required to be removed. It requires three low voltage wiring connections.
